ORDERS

We require 1-2 weeks notice for any order you may make. Last minute orders will result in a £20 charge.

A 50% non refundable deposit is needed to secure your order.
Without a deposit your order will not be finalised and your collection date won’t be secured.

The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before your collection date.

There will be no refunds unless I cancel your order.

We are not liable for any damages that occur after your order has been picked up from our premises. Refunds will not offered.

Every order is custom and hand made. Decorations are subject to our artistic interpretation. You may provide photos for inspiration but we will not duplicate another bakers work exactly.

 

COLLECTION POINT

We operate as a home based business so the collection point will be my home address unless stated otherwise.

Delivery is available upon request which will result in an additional charge. However this is only based upon my availability.

 

Please allow up to 24-48 hours after submitting your request for a response, which will include a final confirmation of the pricing and deposit information if you choose to proceed with your order.
